All transactions on GLOYEX are processed based on user input and are considered final and non-refundable once completed or confirmed.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
Overpayment or underpayment where the transaction could not be processed.
Technical error on our platform where no asset was delivered.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket through our website’s support system:

Include the following information:

Your full name.
Transaction ID or order reference.
Wallet address used.
Exact amount sent.
Reason for the refund request
Payment proof or screenshot

4. Refund Fees and Deductions

If your refund request is approved, the following fees will apply:

2% Processing Fee (deducted from the refund amount)
Applicable Blockchain/Network Fee, depending on the crypto used and current network conditions

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method or wallet address.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

We do not provide refunds for:

Successfully completed transactions
Incorrect wallet address or payment information provided by the user
User errors (e.g., choosing the wrong network or currency)
Delays caused by blockchain congestion
Accounts suspended due to policy violations

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Actual receipt of funds may depend on wallet providers or payment networks.
